Which lenders do you work with?

A short and simple answer: we have access to the whole market.  We are not ‘tied’ into a specific lender or group of lenders so whether the best deal for you is from one of the big high street names, a smaller specialist regional building society or one of the new ‘challenger’ banks, our systems allow us to access them all.  This includes many specialist lenders that will only work through a broker.

What areas do you advise in?

We advise in property finance and personal and business protection.  That includes, residential, commercial (e.g. retail and industrial units) buy-to-let, including portfolio landlords, first time buyers, help-to-buy, property development financing, guarantor mortgages, remortgages, raising capital, bridging and more.

Protection advice includes: Life, Critical illness, Income Protection, Relevant Life, Shareholder and Key-Person protection.  Unlike many mortgage brokers, we are trained in the latest protection products on an on-going basis and are able to guide you to the best and most relevant solution.

I am a first-time buyer. Can I buy a house and where do I start?

How do I buy a house? - This is something they don’t teach you at school. But it’s a complex process and an important life skill.  Our advice – find an experienced broker that you can trust and work with to guide you step by step through the process – just like a good tutor.   We have worked with a large number of first-time buyers, many of whom had no belief that they would be able to buy a house.  With a helping hand they got the keys, and their testimonials speak for themselves.

I want to get into Buy-to-Let

As experienced brokers in the buy-to-let market, come and talk to us when you are in the planning stage.  Not only can we help you to avoid potential pitfalls, but also discuss your long-term plans in this area, as this can affect the way you purchase the property and the lender we place you with.  We also have access to property-sourcing agents who can help you to find good buy-to-let assets and can introduce you to experienced tax-accountants who can offer appropriate tax advice.

Are you Independent?

Yes.  And that is important because we find the best and most suitable products for you; not the ones we are limited to sell.
